Female Client – Personal Care & Household Support
Assistance with ADLs
Light housekeeping
Shifts:
Weekdays: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
Male Client – Parkinson’s
Assistance with ADLs
Personal care and daily support
Shifts:
Weekdays: 5:30 PM–7:30 AM
10-Year-Old Boy – Pediatric Care
Assistance with daily care and routines
Shifts:
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–9:30 AM
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
Female Client – Personal Care & Transportation
Assistance with ADLs
Shifts:

• 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Monday & Saturday
• Female Client – Parkinson’s

Shifts:
~Two Young Boys – Ages 3 & 4 | Nanny/Youth Support
We are looking for a patient, energetic, and confident caregiver who enjoys working with young children and can provide a combination of fun, nurturing care and appropriate structure.
The boys need someone who can help them learn to self-regulate, manage behaviors, and develop positive routines and boundaries. The ideal caregiver will use a gentle but firm approach —someone who can be warm and compassionate while also being comfortable redirecting behavior, setting clear expectations, and following through consistently.
Playing and engaging with the boys
Helping with emotional and behavioral self-regulation
Providing a safe, structured, and positive environment
Communicating with parents regarding the children's care
Parent will be present in the home during care.
Shifts: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
Experience in nannying, early childhood education, behavioral support, teaching, special education, youth mentoring, or similar settings is a plus.
Male Client – Dementia
Assistance with all ADLs
Personal care and companionship
Shifts:

• 4-hour shifts, 3 days per week
• Days and times are flexible

Male & Female Clients – Wayzata
Assistance with ADLs
Couple resides in a memory care facility
Shifts:
Female Client – Plymouth
Companionship
Two small/medium-sized dogs in the home

As an HHA with Promise Care, you’ll provide meaningful support to individuals in their homes and communities who need assistance due to age, illness, disability, or other circumstances.
We also support children and teenagers who need additional assistance navigating daily routines, school, behaviors, and life.

Our HHAs are responsible for providing care in a safe, caring, respectful, and professional manner , following Promise Care policies and applicable industry standards.
