Reconstruction Estimator – Exterior Specialist (100% Fully Remote)
Location: 100% Remote (Working EST Hours)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 Starting Target Expected Earnings (Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Commission)

We are a highly successful, fast-growing SERVPRO enterprise operating across six (6) locations in Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dedicated Remote Reconstruction Estimator specializing exclusively in exterior scopes (roofing, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, and associated structural damage).

Standard Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule designed for optimal work-life balance.
Generous base salary supplemented by performance bonuses and commission, targeting $75,000 – $85,000+ in your first year.
As our 6-location footprint expands, top-performing estimators will have clear avenues for fast-track leadership promotions and salary increases.
Turnkey Support Structure: Work alongside dedicated on-site project managers and field technicians who capture photos, measurements, and scope notes so you can focus on building accurate, profitable estimates.
Exterior Estimate Creation: Develop comprehensive, line-item estimates for exterior restoration and reconstruction projects (roofing, siding, exterior trim, windows, gutters) using Xactimate and Symbility.
TPA Portal Management: Navigate and manage estimates through Third-Party Administrator (TPA) software platforms including Alacrity, Sedgwick, CodeBlue, Crawford, etc., Analyze field documentation, job site photographs, adjuster scopes, and aerial roof/siding reports (EagleView, Hover, etc.) provided by field teams.
Pipeline Management: Track estimates within our CRM/job management systems from submission through approval, maintaining real-time status updates.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in restoration/reconstruction estimating.
Dual Software Proficiency: Must possess strong, demonstrated proficiency in BOTH Xactimate AND Symbility software platforms.
Exterior Focus: In-depth knowledge of exterior residential and commercial building envelopes, including roofing materials, siding, trim, and flashing systems.
Ability to work full-time during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric and professional approach to adjuster negotiations.
