Nursing - Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care

Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a shift basis at the unit level. It includes supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, supporting clinical staff competency, and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a role model and advocate for nursing, communicate effectively, and support the Clinical Nurse Officer (CNO) in maintaining care standards. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements, and foster a compassionate, professional environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, licensed or registered to practice, with CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing. Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and advocacy skills are essential.

Key Duties:
Deliver patient-centered care, supervise staff, support clinical excellence, and contribute to resource management. The role emphasizes professional growth, collaboration, and ensuring safety and quality in patient care delivery.
