Associate Recruiter, Human Resources

We are searching for an Associate Recruiter to focus on recruiting and hiring the best talent for our business. You will work directly with business leaders, partner across HR, and drive quality hires for positions at various levels. This position offers the opportunity for growth, exposure to multiple HR functions, and a great team environment. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for high volume roles to include resume screening, candidate phone screens, candidate communications, coordination of interviews, and the post-offer acceptance process

Collaborate with other members of the Recruitment team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to fully understand recruiting needs of the business

Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline for future talent

Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and social media

Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking (SuccessFactors) system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws

Contribute to various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis

Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldor equivalent professional experience

At least 1 year of experience in a human resources, recruiting, or related function

Technical proficiency in Outlook and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience using an applicant tracking system, a plus
