Responsibilities:

Meet and consistently exceed established individual and overall store sales goals.
Act as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's style and values.
Proactively introduce the collection to clients, sharing product knowledge and styling expertise.
Cultivate a welcoming, engaging, and client-centric in-store environment.
Possess and demonstrate an action-oriented mindset, leading by example on the sales floor.
Store Operations & Inventory
Maintain impeccable store visual standards, merchandise presentation, and overall store appearance.
Ensure accurate Inventory compliance and awareness, including processing new shipments and transfers.
Uphold the store's cleanliness and all required health and safety measures.
Adhere to all brand dress code standards, acting as a representative of the brand.
Skills & Abilities
Solid communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and be an approachable, effective listener.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and willingness to think creatively ("outside the box") for effective solutions.
Ability to work effectively in an environment that prioritizes teamwork and collaboration while also being self-motivated and able to execute tasks independently.
Possess a passion for retail and a dedication for advancement within the store team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional retail experience is required.
Proven success in a sales-driven role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be a L'AGENCE brand ambassador, upholding dress code standards
