Merchandise Stylist

Summary The Style Advisor delivers personalized styling and sells ready-to-wear and custom-made garments, building client relationships through attentive, direct communication. The role includes participation in a structured training program to develop product knowledge and selling skills, and supports store performance goals. This position requires an entrepreneurial, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in fashion.
Responsibilities Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise in product and selling techniques
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business
Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and store operations meet company standards
Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
Genuine interest in fashion and styling
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
