Hourly rate: $45-$55 per hour (based on experience and market)

Full-time BCBA roles

As a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA, you’ll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. Provide ABA services in home and community settings

Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making

Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization

High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care

Data-driven decision-making and client progress

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs

Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
