Part Time: Evening shifts available

Part Time: 3rd shifts available

Part Time flex openings (hours listed below).

Department: Memory Care

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, eating, dressing, and grooming

Assist with transportation and direction to and from meals and activities

Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Ensure safety interventions are functioning and in accordance with individual care plans

Communicate effectively with all team members

Ability to read, follow, observe, and report patient plan of care

Assist with collecting assessment data and care planning to meet resident needs

Attend meetings as required

Report to the Charge Nurse on duty

Perform other tasks as required

Preferred License or Certification: CNA

Must be able to meet pre-employment requirements including a physical, drug screen and background check to be eligible for employment.

Flex Hours

Skilled Nursing Hours: 630a-645p and 630p-645a

Memory Support Aide Hours: 630a-645p, 630p-1030p, and 630p-645a

Assisted Living Aide Hours: 630a-645p, and 630p-645a
