Morning - Full Time Janitor

Advanced, Inc. delivers best-in-class property services to major retailers, healthcare, churches, and commercial facilities. Our core services are janitorial, facilities maintenance, landscape management, and parking lot maintenance services. Our property services offerings allow our customers the option to bundle a combination of services or to select single services.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our [facility - medical, office, venue, etc.]. The Janitor will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for [patients, visitors, and staff].

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.

Empty and properly dispose of trash and [medical] waste according to established guidelines.

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.

Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary.

Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address any issues related to building cleanliness and safety.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Other tasks and projects requested by the customer and/or Advanced, Inc team.

Previous janitorial or custodial experience, [preferably in a medical or healthcare setting].

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.

Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required.
