HR Rep Full Time

A reputable client of ours located in Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. This position is responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding process. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
shift: Facilitate the talent pipeline by coordinating job vacancy advertisements, managing internal and external posting notifications, and reviewing applicant credentials.
Coordinate comprehensive reference checks and interface with external background check vendors to verify candidate eligibility and support hiring decisions.
Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, including the preparation of secure physical/digital credentials, facility passes, and workspace badging.
Serve as a dedicated internal customer service resource, answering daily team member questions regarding payroll, performance evaluations, salaries, and company guidelines.
Act as an objective point of contact for resolving staff grievances, investigating sensitive workplace concerns or policy violations, and managing disciplinary workflows with total discretion.
Partner with the leadership team to brainstorm, plan, and execute cross-departmental HR projects, culture initiatives, and company-wide events.
Track and log critical workplace data metrics including personal contact updates, weekly compensation updates, attendance patterns, performance reports, and exit data.
