Busser Position
The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience for guests. This position supports the waitstaff by promptly clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with general upkeep throughout service hours. The Busser contributes to the overall flow of the restaurant by facilitating quick table turnover and helping to create a welcoming environment. Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items up to 25 pounds.
Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next seating.
Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards.
Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash appropriately.
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow during busy periods.
Skills:
