Graphic Illustrator - Remote

Job Type: Contractor with USD payment - Full-time - Remote

We are seeking a graphic designer with 2-3 years of experience working with consumer brands to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support our Digital Marketing & DTC teams with content and assist the Creative Director in design, packaging, and merchandising as we bring new products to market. This position should appeal to a self-starter and self-motivated person who likes to work in a fast-growing environment with a wide range of exciting projects, and who has a love of art, photography, good design, and visual storytelling. This position reports to the Creative Director.

Develop and deliver design solutions aligned with Luminary Brands’ marketing and brand strategy.

Design and execute best-practice, audience-optimized digital marketing assets.

Work with brand and digital teams to concept campaigns and new product launches.

Prepare production files for emails and digital assets.

Conduct photo research and stock sourcing.

Create imagery combining custom photography and stock environments.

Create animated GIFs and edit video sequences.

Review and approve QC standards.

Organize, maintain, and archive design assets across standardized server folders and DAM platforms.

Support Sales and Marketing teams with asset distribution.

Multi-task across projects.

Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related design, photography, and production software.

Excellent concepting, creative development, and design skills.

Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work quickly across multiple creative projects and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Adaptable and growth-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn, apply design experience, and contribute as a collaborative creative partner.

Fluency in project management tools such as Asana and communication platforms like Slack.

Willingness to travel for on-site press checks, photo shoots, and production collaboration.

Interest and/or experience in beauty and wellness (skincare, cosmetics, wellness products)

Experience with 3D rendering programs and Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with additional design-related software and image formats.
