2nd Shift Manufacturing Production Laborer

Entry-Level Production AssociateLocation: Assemble electrical box units of various sizes using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, and crimpers.Pull and route wires accurately within electrical box assemblies according to specifications and work instructions.Install doors and other mechanical components on electrical box units, ensuring proper fit and function.Follow established processes and procedures for operating production and assembly machines safely and efficiently.Perform mechanical assembly tasks with a high level of attention to detail and quality.Use hand and power tools correctly and safely throughout the assembly process.Stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift to complete assembly and production tasks.Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with lean manufacturing principles.Contribute to efficient production flow by following work instructions, meeting production targets, and supporting continuous improvement effortsEnvironment / Shift:Lean manufacturing environment - clean and organized.
