Full-Time: Sunday-Monday, Thursday-Friday | Tuesday-Wednesday & Saturday Off
Night Shift: The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating products for customer shipments and supporting the Shipping operations team with shortages and errors. Reporting any accidents, injuries, malfunctions on equipment, and safety issues and/or unsafe practices immediately to a supervisor.

Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory.

Support Outbound operations team with shipment shortage research, missing inventory investigations, mispicks analysis, and potential shipment shortages.

Comparing inventories to office records from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.

Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards.

Compiling information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.

Preparing reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.

Preparing list of depleted items and recommending survey of defective or unusable items.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Fluency in English; speak, read, and write

One to three months related experience and/or training; Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
