Medical Front Desk Receptionist (Float)
We are looking for experienced, full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.
Job Summary:
Patient registration.
Appointment scheduling.
Insurance verification.
Check-in and check-out.
Answer phones.
Product/service sales.
Skills:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
Detail-oriented, meticulous.
Ability to multitask.
Education:
~ High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Training:
~ On-the-job training offered.
Requirements:
Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs.
Reliable transportation.
Travel to satellite offices.
Schedule:
~ MondayFriday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs.
Compensation:
- Salary based on experience.
- $500 bonus after 6 months of employment.
