Physician - Part Time APRN

Hourly Pay Range
$57.76 - $80.86 per hour. Pay rate depends on experience, FTE, certifications, and performance.

Position Highlights

Position: Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Division of Hospital Medicine, PACC unit

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Schedule: 20 hours per week (12:00 pm - 1:00 am, 13‑hour shifts)

Hours: 12:00 pm - 1:00 am; 2 holidays per year; one weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday)

Part‑time: 60% FTE

Required travel: None

Pay: $57.76 - $80.86 USD hourly

What you will need

License: APN or PA license in Illinois; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License

Certification: BLS/CPR

Experience: Prior APN/PA experience in Pediatric Medicine; ED/Immediate‑care pediatric experience highly preferred

What you will do

Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under protocol in direct management of acute and chronic illness.

Educate patients to promote wellness and prevent illness, injury for individuals, families, and communities.

Work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams.

Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Our Advanced Practice Providers are integral members of a multidisciplinary medical group and perform comprehensive care in the inpatient setting. These providers consult with referring physicians, nurses, and outpatient clinics.
