Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety guidelines.

Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain consistent kitchen operations.

Basic knowledge of food service sanitation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment.

Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and counters, to comply with health and safety standards.

Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and waste disposal as needed.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
