Managing Counsel

Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) seeks a skilled attorney to provide legal coverage to the Solutions and Multi-Assets businesses across separate accounts, private funds, 1940 Act funds and ETFs. You will collaborate with business partners and other Morgan Stanley teams to advise on contracts, regulatory obligations, and product development.

The role requires a J.D., bar admission and at least four years of experience at a reputable law firm or asset manager.
