We are looking for a versatile and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Chicago. This unique role offers the best of both worlds: the collaborative environment of our outpatient clinic and the personalized, one-on-one impact of outpatient home visits.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise-based treatments in our Chicago clinic.

Conduct outpatient home visits for local patients, ensuring they receive top-tier care in a comfortable environment.

Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (Outpatient experience preferred).

Orthopedic experience required

Licensure: Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license.

Flexibility: Comfortable traveling to local patient homes (reliable transportation is a must).

Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
