Registered Nursing (RN) Emergency Department (Nights)

Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night 3x12-Hour Shift (19:00 - 07:00)

We are currently seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced Level 2 Trauma Center with high acuity patients. Our emergency department averages 220 patients per day and features 54 beds. The role requires a strong background in emergency nursing and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Deliver high-quality patient care in the emergency department.

Manage and monitor patients with critical conditions, including trauma and various medical emergencies.

Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.

Assist with medical procedures and interventions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management and care.

Document patient care in the electronic health record system, EPIC.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS (pending certification is acceptable).

EPIC charting experience is mandatory.

Travel experience in an emergency department is highly preferred.

Local candidates are welcome; however, locals may not be accepted at a different rate.

Covid-19 and Flu vaccinations are required with no exemptions.

Must have completed a 2-Step PPD test.
