Job Skills / Requirements
TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed Security Officers to join our team in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Applicants must hold a valid Pennsylvania Armed Security Officer Certification and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.
As a TriCorps Armed Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of client properties by enforcing site rules, conducting patrols, and providing a visible and professional presence.
Responsibilities

Perform entrance control by enforcing building entry and identification procedures.
Conduct roving patrols of facilities and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
Maintain stationary posts, monitoring security systems and controlling access points.
Provide escort services for employees, visitors, or designated individuals as directed.
Enforce law and order, responding promptly to incidents or potential threats to safety.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports documenting incidents, activities, and security observations.
Preserve order and ensure compliance with all site regulations to protect personnel, property, and assets.
Support client and management directives to maintain consistent, high-quality service.

Remain alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.

Schedule & Work Environment
Positions available in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
