Bridal Attendant

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a professional, organized, and service-oriented Bridal Attendant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences and providing exceptional hospitality on one of the most important days in a couple's life.

As a Bridal Attendant, you will serve as the bride's primary point of support throughout the wedding day. You will help manage the schedule, communicate with the wedding team, anticipate needs, reduce stress, and ensure the bride and bridal party have everything they need for a seamless and unforgettable celebration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the bride's trusted point of contact throughout the wedding day.

Assist with keeping the wedding timeline on schedule.

Communicate effectively with the bridal party, event staff, and vendors.

Ensure all personal items and ceremony/reception essentials are in place.

Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

Perform all event-related tasks according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).

Follow Landmark Hospitality's service standards and sequence of service.

Anticipate guest and bridal party needs while providing exceptional customer service.

Maintain banquet equipment and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.

Provide food and beverage service when appropriate.

Assist with any unexpected situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.

Attend all required training sessions and team meetings.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Must be able to lift and carry event-related items as needed.

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.

Previous hospitality, banquet, or wedding experience is a plus but not required.
