Follow inspection plans and statistical sampling plans.

Marks items for acceptance or rejection, records test results and inspection data, and compares findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards.

Accurately generate the necessary quality documentation required by each customer.

Work cooperatively with other inspectors, quality engineers, and manufacturing engineers.

Assist in material containment actions as required.

Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision.

Ability to identify electronics parts and components

Ability to review and interpret customer/industry specifications & workmanship standards.

Substantial experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (required).

Ability to perform mathematical calculations for inspection verification.

Prior experience writing First Article Inspection Reports per SAE AS9102 (desired, but not required).

Use all inspection hand tools

1 years or more of electronic quality related experience (highly desired)

1 years of electronics assembly related experience (highly desired)

J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. (IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies (desired, but will train)

IPC/WHMA-A-620 Cable / Wire Harness Acceptance Standard (desired, but will train)
