Mount Vernon Internal Medicine has a highly stable outpatient physical therapy clinic that is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our family-oriented team in Alexandria, VA . With a core staff that has worked together for over 16 years, we completely reject the high-churn environment, offering unparalleled scheduling flexibility and a unique 40-minute care model to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Options include four 10-hour shifts or a standard 5-day week. Unique Care Model: Provide true, quality care with dedicated 40-minute appointment slots for both evaluations and treatments. Outpatient clinic in Alexandria, VA.

Broad Scope of Care: Focus on traditional outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for patients of all ages, with no heavy physical lifting required.

Caseload: Benefit from our strong relationship with a local orthopedic surgery group. Work alongside a highly tenured team of 3 to 7 physical therapists, fully supported by dedicated, full-time Rehab Aides and front-desk staff to manage clinic flow and intake.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000+ in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. PTO & Paid Holidays

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia (or ability to obtain).
