Clinical Medical Assistant
We are a group of dedicated individuals whose goal is to provide care that is tailored to meet the specific needs of first responders, educators, county, municipal, and administrative workers. Through the Save My Life Program, frontline workers receive comprehensive and extensive testing so they can be at their healthiest when they are serving our communities. By using our program, essential workers and their families can have peace of mind by limiting the occupational risks in their essential positions.
Sterilize and prepare examination rooms, equipment, and instruments.
Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and updating patient records.
Trained to conduct various tests on patients (subject to training on updated protocols).
Adhere to rotation schedule instructed by manager.
Follow equipment protocols and handle all equipment with caution.
Administrative Duties:

Trained to conduct administrative responsibilities upon rotation schedule.
Maintain inventory and ensure clinical supplies are stocked.
Adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
Uses an EMR system for scheduling and other needed tasks, such as billing and uploading of conducted test results.
Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) for each patient.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Mon-Sat 7:30am-3:30pm 5 days a week.
