Pay & Perks

Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr

Pay Schedule: Paid semi-monthly

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain apartments, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to keep them clean and guest-ready

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize on a regular schedule

Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns

Keep supply closets organized and well-stocked

Work independently while managing your cleaning assignments efficiently

Contribute to a clean, welcoming environment residents can count on

What We’re Looking For

Prior housekeeping or custodial experience (apartment or hotel experience preferred)

A strong eye for detail and a “clean as you go” mindset

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout your shift

Reliable, self-directed, and organized

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
