This position serves as the primary technical and operational liaison between project teams and plant operations during the introduction of a new major production asset, and then transitions into full process ownership once operational.This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in capital expansion, equipment startup, and long?term operational excellence, while also developing broad plant expertise across existing assets. The successful candidate will help shape the future of the facility by driving safe, efficient, and world?class manufacturing performance.This position owns the technical success of a major manufacturing asset with significant business impact.
