Candidates must be able to work from the designated location without company-sponsored relocation.Work Hours: M-F, 8-5 / 9-6 (Hybrid, WFH Friday)How You Will Make an ImpactThe Apparel Product Manager will be responsible for the management of the assigned product category. Responsible for category competitive analysis.Collaborate with vendors on category needs, product costing, programs, and development.Provide information on style and system set up.Provide category / style / recommended pricing information for all marketing materials.Work with Demand Planning/Forecasting on product/market needs and trends.Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Incorporate customer-centric values and SPIRIT principles into the company's mission, vision, and core values.The ability to communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization efficiently and effectively.Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required.Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required, Associate (or Bachelor) degree preferred.Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/technology with understanding some work is processed manually.Physical Demands and/or Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
