Restaurant Server, Bartender, and Busser

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is accepting applications for Server Assistant / Server. The position of Service Assistant is the backbone of the Front of House. The goal is to help maintain a high level of service by keeping a keen eye on the dining room, expo line, and bar, SAs are responsible for being the primary food runners, as well as cleaning and resetting tables. Fully trained Server Assistants will have the opportunity to move into a Bartender position, which results in an increase in responsibility and expected wages!

Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and cuisine. Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through peer-led beverage training

Be present and active on the floor, assisting with running side work

Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies

Assist Bartenders with all aspects of service to enhance the guest experience

Deliver food to our guests and explain each dish

Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties

Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives

Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs

Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area

Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors

Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming
