Travel Nurse - Nights - Neurology - Neurology

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a seasonal night shift assignment requiring OR circulating/scrubbing experience and a CO or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Main OR at a 408-bed hospital with 14 operating rooms including 1 hybrid CV OR and 1 cysto room,
• Weekday night shift, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM,
• 1:1 patient ratios,
• Uses standard OR equipment and Stryker video systems,
• Charts in Meditech,
• Night shift staffed with a Clinical Charge RN, one OR RN, and one CST with call teams for Neuro, CVOR, and General,
• On-call required 5PM-7PM one day per week, plus weekend on-call approximately once every 6 weeks when the SSC Ortho doctor is on call,
• Typical procedures include angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and ortho/spine cases (no transplant procedures),

Job Requirements

• Active RN license, CO state or compact required,
• BLS and ACLS certification required,
• Minimum 2 years of current hospital acute care experience,
• OR circulating and scrubbing experience preferred,
• Meditech EMR experience preferred,
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted),
• One professional reference required,
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
