Supervise and coach warehouse associates, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to drive growth and resolve issues.

Manage operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring process adherence and optimizing efficiency.

Audit goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and improve workflows.

Project management: Lead projects from start to finish, manage tasks, deadlines, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes.

Maintain safety protocols and a secure work environment for employees and materials.

Experience: 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations. Leadership: 2+ years proven ability to guide, develop, and coach a team, including having critical conversations to improve performance.

Project management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and improve processes.

Microsoft Excel: Basic to intermediate proficiency, including the ability to create pivot tables for data analysis.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
