We're looking for a results-driven Sales Hunter to join our team as an Individual Contributor focused on selling services. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and brings a deep network of industry relationships. As a solo contributor, you'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a clear target of delivering $4 million in new business annually. Consistently meet or exceed annual sales target.

Leverage your existing Rolodex of contacts to rapidly build a qualified pipeline.

Develop and execute customized sales strategies for high-value prospects.

Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to prospective clients.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.

10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in the service-based industry (e.g., Proven track record as a top-performing hunter with ability to independently generate and close large deals.

• Strong industry Rolodex with access to key decision-makers and influencers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available).
