Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients in a telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the management of dysrhythmias and be able to interpret various cardiac rhythms effectively.
Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patient vitals and telemetry readings.
Interpret dysrhythmias and manage associated interventions.
Provide care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including trach and COPD patients.
Float as required within the service line.
Participate in patient care discussions using the SBAR communication method.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
BCLS and NIH certifications required.
Traveler experience welcomed; first-time travelers accepted.
Active NC or compact nursing license required.
