Construction Crew - Framing Carpenter

Designed for a carpenter with around 5 years of experience, this role delivers variety, not repetition. You’ll work across commercial and residential projects, build skills across multiple scopes, and have a clear path of potential progression to Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Superintendent. Projects stay within an approximate hour of Buffalo, with steady work and a strong pipeline. You’ll join a Buffalo-based, hands on team that values quality craftsmanship, dependability and integrity. Perform skilled carpentry work across commercial and residential construction projects ranging from $25K–$6M, supporting projects from rough framing through finish work.
Perform skilled carpentry including wood and metal stud framing
- Complete finish carpentry and trim work
- Hang and finish drywall; basic painting as needed
- Support occasional concrete and masonry work
- Assist across multiple trades to support project completion
5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong carpentry skills across rough and finish work
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings (preferred)
- Willingness to perform a wide range of construction tasks
- Ability to travel up to 1 hour from Buffalo for job sites
20–$30 per hour, based on experience
