Job Description Project Manager — Engineering & Inspection Services — Run Projects of Every Shape and Size
Reno, NV | Full-Time | $85,000 – $110,000 | Company vehicle + gas card + laptop
Some PMs manage one giant project; Our client, an established consulting engineering firm providing materials testing, inspection, and infrastructure services across Northern Nevada, is hiring a versatile Project Manager to run projects from residential scopes through major commercial and infrastructure assignments. Estimating, field coordination, DFR review, client relationships — you'll touch every part of the operation and directly support its growth.
Support operational expansion, not just project maintenance
~ Company vehicle, gas card, and laptop: 100% paid employee medical: Manage construction materials testing and inspection projects start to finish
Support estimating, takeoffs, and proposal preparation
Coordinate field operations, staffing, scheduling, and client communication
Review DFRs and project documentation for quality and compliance
Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
Support operational growth and execution initiatives
Project management experience in engineering, construction, or consulting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software
Ability to run multiple projects and priorities at once
PTO for full-time employees; medical effective the first of the month after 60 days.
Manage the work that keeps construction honest.
