Hurst Animal Clinic is a full-service small animal practice offering comprehensive medical procedures including Wellness and Prevention, Testing and Diagnostics, and Advanced Care. We are well-equipped to handle necessary Surgical Procedures and provide limited Urgent Care services. You will have the resources to offer customized healthcare plans, ensuring our patients receive consistent, high-quality attention through every stage of their life. Be the Director of First Impressions: You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
The pay range for this position is $15-$20 per hour based on experience.
