Evening Neuroradiologist

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)is adding a Neuroradiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx . Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. To this day, Jacobi and NCB remain respected leaders in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care, pediatrics, primary care, and women’s health. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein College of Medicine to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Interpret neuroradiology imaging (CT, MRI, and related modalities), delivering accurate, timely reports that guide patient care.
Assess clinical indications, protocol imaging studies as needed, and provide patient care within the scope of service, including managing acute and chronic conditions and all patient interactions.
Manage contrast reactions and initiate emergency protocols as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, high-quality care.
Supervise and work closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Manage daily workflow and assignments to ensure timely completion of studies without deferring work to overnight coverage.
Maintain a schedule that may include evenings and weekends to support continuity of care.
Supervise and train residents, fellows, and medical students, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology
Completion of a Neuroradiology fellowship
Active New York medical license

Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $726,250** (with completion of a Fellowship) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $130,000.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
