Warehouse Operator

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to support warehouse operations by accurately managing inventory, pulling parts, and assisting with order fulfillment. This role plays a key part in keeping warehouse processes efficient, organized, and safe.
Parts Pulling

Efficiently and accurately pull parts from inventory based on work orders or pick lists
Collaborate with other departments to meet project or production requirements
Inventory Management
Receive, store, and organize incoming inventory
Conduct regular cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
Communicate inventory levels and stock needs to warehouse leads or supervisors
Order Fulfillment
Support production and assembly teams by providing required parts
Assist shipping teams with packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of outbound orders
Documentation & Quality Control
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and order fulfillment
Inspect pulled parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, supervisors, and team members
Work collaboratively to resolve inventory or fulfillment issues
Stage materials and assemblies for production
Receive all raw materials and items into inventory
Use warehouse software to perform daily tasks
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not required
Ability to read, write, and speak English

Must be able to safely operate a forklift and maintain required certifications
