We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making meaningful change in the lives of children and families. 80-$120 per hour (based on experience)

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback

Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

Active BCBA certification required

Master’s degree in ABA or related field

Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
