Collaborative Work Environment: Join a supportive team with deep expertise in aerospace quality assurance and compliance.

Opportunities for training and certification in AS9100 auditing and special process quality.

Support external customer and regulatory audits (FAA, NADCAP).

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements and customer‑specific quality requirements.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Review and approve special process documentation (plating, coatings, NDT, shot peen, etc.).

Support quality training and awareness programs for shop floor and office personnel.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field OR 5+ years in FAA/EASA regulated environment.

Prior internship/co‑op or 1-2 years’ FAA/EASA experience; familiarity with special processes (NDT, coatings, heat treat); AS9100 Internal Auditor certification (training can be provided).
