Job Title: In-House Recruiter

Talentline Services is a full-service staffing boutique specializing in direct hire, contract-to-direct, and contract staffing services. We partner with clients across industries-especially manufacturing, automation, robotics, skilled trades, and engineering-to provide top talent while offering customized, budget-friendly hiring solutions.
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven In-House Recruiter to join our growing team. If you enjoy fast-paced work, building relationships, and helping people find meaningful employment-this opportunity is for you.
Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media
Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates
Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATS
Meet weekly placement goals and earn commission based on performance
1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred (will consider motivated entry-level candidates)
- Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools is a plus
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
