Locum - Gastroenterology Physician

One of our Partners in Washington is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a high-volume procedural GI assignment beginning August 2026.

This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient GI clinic, endoscopy procedures, inpatient consults, and optional hospitalist/call coverage within a respected hospital-based GI program. Providers will join a collaborative GI team with strong support staff, Epic EMR, fully billable orientation, and flexible long-term scheduling potential.

Flexible clinic + procedural scheduling

Epic EMR

Established GI practice with multiple physicians

Advanced Gastroenterology coverage with ERCP required

Combination of outpatient clinic, endoscopy, and inpatient consults

Optional 24-hour weekday and weekend call coverage

GI hospitalist responsibilities available

Adult-only patient population

Established GI physician support structure

Epic EMR and Provation GI software

Temp privileges available

HPA Healthcare is Joint Commission-certified

Perform outpatient GI clinic evaluations

Conduct inpatient GI consults and rounding

Perform GI procedures including ERCP

Manage inpatient and outpatient GI cases

Document patient encounters in Epic EMR

Participate in optional GI call/hospitalist coverage
