Firehouse Subs Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring Crew Members Join the Firehouse Subs team in Mechanicsburg, PA! We're hiring full-time and part-time Crew Members, and we'd love to meet you. As a Crew Member, you'll be on your feet for most of your shift while supporting multiple stations in the sub-making process. You'll start training in one area, such as Cashier or Sandwich Maker , then be cross-trained so you can help wherever the team needs you. Your top priority is creating a great guest experience every shift. Reports To: General Manager / Assistant Manager / Shift Leader
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a fast-food or fast-casual environment (for example: McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, CAVA, Subway, Burger King, Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, or similar) is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for team players who are friendly , dependable , and ready to learn .

REQUIREMENTS

Deliver top-notch customer service at all times.
Work with a goal-oriented mindset and be a dependable team player.
Handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Have cash-handling skills and basic knowledge of POS systems.
Quickly learn menu items, ingredients, and product knowledge.
Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and clean in accordance with health and safety standards.
Be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Communicate effectively with guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally.
Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
