Personal Producer Track (Sales-Focused Agents)
Utilizing a structured, proven sales process
Offering life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, final expense, and IUL
Building client relationships and maintaining a book of business
100% commission compensation structure aligned with production
- Compensation paid directly from insurance carriers
- Flexible, remote work structure
- Training, onboarding, and ongoing product support
- Licensed life insurance agents (or willing to obtain a license — guidance provided)
Interested in growing personal production over time
Access to multiple nationally recognized insurance carriers
Structured training and sales systems
