As anSenior Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams to solve complex procurement and supply chain challenges. Deliver end-to-end project work. Analyze procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions that deliver real value and results for our clients.

Support organizations across sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, energy, automotive, and industrial products, helping procurement leaders solve today’s most pressing business challenges.

Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients, while continuously building your fluency with the technology.

Contribute to communities of expertise, share project learnings, and continue developing your capabilities across procurement and supply chain topics.

Work in a supportive, highly collaborative environment where experienced colleagues invest in your development through coaching, feedback, and hands‑on learning.

Pursuing an MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management, operations, or similar fields preferred.

Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.

Ideally 2+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.

Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.

Flexibility to travel based on client and project needs.

You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and procurement specialists across Inverto North America while partnering closely with colleagues throughout the broader BCG network.
