Physician - Full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist

Munson Healthcare’s Women’s Health Service Line is seeking to add a full time OB/GYN physician to cover call at the following Munson hospitals: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate physician to join our team and enhance health care for women in our communities.

Full Time-24-hour shift call coverage

• Mileage reimbursement (Provider to submit)
• Lodging and food reimbursement
• Providers are credentialed at all possible sites and must go where assigned.
• Triage or OB ED services
• IP rounding on assigned and unassigned OB and GYN patients
• GYN consultations for hospitalized patients and the main ED
• Surgically assist for other OBs or gynecologists
• Coverage will generally be unrestricted depending on the hospital set-up and availability of call rooms.
• Monitoring of laboring patients for private OBs

Residency training program approved by the Accrediting Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) of the American Medical Association, or the American Osteopathic Association or its equivalent.
Certification, Licensure, Registration
Board eligible/certified for OB/GYN practice in the State of Michigan
Candidate must apply for and be granted applicable clinical privileges through MHC’s credentialing processes before rendering services.
