We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help build the next generation of AI-driven program execution at Tenstorrent. The role sits on our Agentic TPM team and is designed for a self-directed leader who can identify opportunities independently, structure ambiguous work into concrete programs, and drive implementation. Strong technical understanding of basic data architecture, systems integration patterns, telemetry pipelines, graphs, statistics, and workflow design.

Highly effective working across systems such as Jira, CI, bug trackers, telemetry platforms, planning tools, and internal dashboards.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

7+ years leading complex technical programs, workflow/tooling initiatives, or data-driven operations, with substantial experience as a TPM, technical lead, or similar cross-functional owner.

Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, telemetry/data pipelines, dashboards, graph-based reporting, and basic statistics, with the technical depth to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rovo, n8n or similar agentic workflow builders, LLM coding/prompting assistants, GitHub, CI/CD systems, SQL, Python or scripting, spreadsheets, and BI/dashboarding platforms.

Proven ability to build integrated program structures across scope, schedule, metrics, risks, dependencies, and status, while partnering across engineering, infrastructure, data, and tooling teams to automate workflows, improve data quality, and deliver executive‑ready reporting.
