Janitor Position

As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, contributing to all individuals' overall well-being and satisfaction. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting environment for our clients and staff. Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.

Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying the supervisor of any low stock or equipment issues.

Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services is an asset.

Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.

Understanding of health and safety practices in a cleaning environment.
