Program Coordinator - Front Range
Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Site: Foundry Front Range - Broomfield
The Program Coordinator partners with a multidisciplinary team to help manage and support various systems and processes that are instrumental in providing a safe and therapeutic environment. This role supports Leadership by fulfilling various administrative duties and functions and helping implement programmatic changes.
Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years proven experience in a program coordinator position.
• Knowledge of insurance and billing.
• Experience with accounting/financial systems.

Strong relationship building skills.
Must enjoy working with data and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Adept at quickly learning new systems and platforms.
Manage and oversee the orientation process of incoming clients.
Coordinate on- and off-site events (e.g. tours, lectures, etc.).
Help implement the program changes.
Administrative duties as assigned.
Answer phones and relay messages to the appropriate department.
Event and meeting management duties as assigned.
Provide consistent and efficient direct operational support to the Director of Operations and CEO.
Monitor quality assurance in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, making suggestions for improvement.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, typing, speaking, hearing, seeing.
