Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Bilingual
Astra ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cape Fear, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in empowering young minds to flourish by providing specialized behavioral therapy and support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disorders
Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to identify and address behavioral goals
Provide direct therapy and support to children and families, incorporating ABA principles and evidence-based practices
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other support staff to ensure high‑quality services
Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices in ABA
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA setting
Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Ability to travel to various locations in Cape Fear, North Carolina, and occasional evening or weekend work
