Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Bilingual Astra ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cape Fear, North Carolina. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disorders Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to identify and address behavioral goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other professionals, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care Provide direct therapy and support to children and families, incorporating ABA principles and evidence-based practices Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other support staff to ensure high‐quality services Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices in ABA Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal) Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA setting Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel to various locations in Cape Fear, North Carolina, and occasional evening or weekend work What We Offer Competitive salary $80 000 - $120 000 annually Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
